Almost every patio cover in California needs building permits, typically facilitated by the contractor or by a designated draftsman/architect hired by the owner. While city permits are not included in our offers, we provide full assistance by supplying the necessary drawings to apply for a city permit. Additionally, we may assist you in obtaining the city permit for an additional charge to ensure a smooth process.
