Restaurant Patio Enclosure with Motorized Louvered Roof & Guillotine Windows

For this restaurant, we designed a complete solution to maximize seating capacity and elevate guest experience. The project features Cabbana, our motorized louvered roof that allows instant shade or sunlight at the touch of a button. Surrounding the structure, a Glass Room enclosure creates a modern, weather-protected space without sacrificing visibility or openness. To enhance airflow and versatility, Compact motorized guillotine windows were integrated, giving the restaurant the freedom to transform from a fully enclosed room to an open-air terrace in seconds.

The result is a stylish and highly functional dining area that adapts to every season, ensuring comfort, ambiance, and profitability year-round.
